After booking a Mike Holmes Inspection online, you can expect the following:
TELEPHONE BOOKING
After booking a Mike Holmes Inspection through our Customer Service Representative, you can expect the following:
A Customer Service Representative will contact you via telephone within 24 business hours.
A Customer Service Representative will
create a work order and obtain all relevant information pertaining to the property.
Your home inspection appointment will be confirmed and payment information will be obtained.
Inspection request will be submitted.
A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm the home inspection appointment and obtain payment.
You will receive an email with (3) attachments:
  1. Inspection agreement
  2. Standards of Practice
  3. Home Preparation Checklist
On the day of the inspection the inspector will
collect the signed Inspection Agreement,
prior to commencing work
Home inspection will be conducted.
Inspector will verbally communicate
findings on site.
Inspector will produce an inspection report.
Report will be released via email within 24-48 hours after the inspection.
Hard copy of the inspection report is available upon request, at no charge.
Binder will include colour printed report, along with a CD-ROM.
